They should have a single or two lines open for those customers who only need to buy items instead of them have to get back in line, with the ones who are still waiting to buy tickets, and takes long to purchase and go back to the movie. PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT. THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT CONPLAIN TOO.
