I am not at all happy with the bradford exchange as I tried to pull up my account and I need to reset my password and they have never sent me a temporary one so that I can access my account even though I have requested one several times today Saturday and also on a couple of days ago. They also have charged my account 3 times for the same amount but have never let me know by email what the charges were for. I have tried several times today to access my account but have not been able to do so. So now I will have to wait until Monday before I get anyone to talk to so that maybe I can resolve this issue.
So did u ever order from them?
You say we can call customer service but you neglect to say “WHAT TIME THAT IS” due to some of them start at different times, some do not start till 9:00 am because I know this. So what time does your hours start please tell cause the automated system don’t tell you when it should!!
I had money taken from my account for something that was sent to a friend in error they took money and had no right using my account details for some else . However this item was sent back to them on 6th Feb and after consulting post office was told they received this item back on 7th Feb today 17th Feb and they telling me they not received it . Never deal with them again and watch your bank account with them
So far I am very unhappy with BradfordExchange. I ordered two “My granddaughter Owl Alwaya Ýou Love Globe”.Several times I called they could not find my account.Aug 18th I received a letter from Richard H Thomas saying my payment had not been received.This floored me because I was able to find their telephone numberl alhough I found it on none òf their correspondence? I had authorized complete payment ànd wanted them to get it before my death and be paid for.Now I am told the second one will arrive tomorrow. We’ll see. Very disappointed.
Do you have any store locations to see the products in person?
Your products are nice but I continually have the same problem with the Bradford exchange that if it continues, I won’t be ordering anything else. Every time I make a payment on the phone, they take it upon themselves to charge my bank account without my consent. I have complained several times, yet it continues to happen and I’m pretty dern mad
I hate Bradford exchange they are charging me more money when I phone them they said it all pay now they are saying I o more money I advice people not buy a thing on this site
I’m waiting for my rings I ordered for Mothers Day and I can’t contact anyone I am stressed and very upset because they took the money out of my account, now they say it’s been shipped and gave me a tracking number but the number is not valid. I am very happy with their services.
This same exact thing is happening to me as well.
Thought I was buying a set up front, not a subscription. Wish to refund only to find out from reviews online that they not only make that impossible but they also won’t cancel your subscriptions and will send you to collections if you don’t pay. Don’t buy from them, you’ll regret it.
I am very upset and stressed also. Back in September/October 2020 I ordered the Disney timeless cuckoo clock. It took 2 months to get and it arrived broken. Sent back the next day 12/03/2020. They received it 12/13/2020. Have no idea if they sent out a new one. Can not get in touch by phone or email. Also thought I was getting free shipping and started to get a monthly charge which I wrote to unsubscribe to. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
Does anyone out there know how to get any action from them?
