I drove all the way to the Bayou Blvd. location in Pensacola, FL.. The store hours says 7pm. I was there at 6 and they were closed! There was no sign saying that the store was closing early!! This is AFTER your customer service found a location that was supposedly open for me because I didn’t want to waste time!! We just signed up at 5pm and I’m already want to cancel!!
I think it’s rude that when not open that there is no message telling you so. All I have gotten is hung up on, at first I was thinking my phone was messed up, then called from my cell, same thing…a message saying I’m sorry we are closed for the holiday and will reopen at …. such and such time would be so much better than an answer of the hotlines, go through the questions of what you are calling for, and then…dialtone.
smh. YALL SHOULD BE OPEN 24/7.but other than that. You guys are great. great attitudes and everything! Keep up the good work!

What a joke. I have called now for two days and continue to get the operation hours – apparently none of which are for real. This morning I called at 8am, 9am and 10am – to 3 different Cox numbers. they all say they are currently closed.
