I have been attempting to contact the Ridge Rd. Dunn Tire business in Rochester, NY. I’ve called at different times on 3 separate occasions on different days. In each case the phone has rung unanswered 15 to 30 times. After such a wait, why did the system kick over to a recording option where I could leave a message. This poor business practice has changed my mind about buying new tires from Dunn. Were I a Dunn customer, I would not enjoy the need to drive to the store whenever I needed to talk to an employee.
The message I get is….”We are so successful that we don’t have to bother answering your phone calls!”
Business must be good! I ‘m experiencing a one hundred percent improved response with an alternative tire dealer.
I have since discovered other tire dealers offering more customer friendly services.
