Your company needs to amend your website to include the OTHER RELIGIOUS Holidays your representatives are also off. Additionally it would be more convenient for EJ reps to work one weekend day or 1/2 a day for those of us who work, they can just take Monday off. Their hours only work for retirees & at home parents.
We moved to Tucson & wanted to move our accounts to our new local area, pay our IRA custodial fee & make a substantial deposit, all of which has been done by the front desk person at our last location.
BUT NOT in Tucson! Oh one needs to make a specific appointment for M-F during their 9-5 hours.
This means working people have to take time off from work to meet with a rep to do simple paperwork our other rep’s Assistant did for us! (WE got a call out of the blue from another rep in Tempe stating our San Tan rep is no longer working for EJ & he is now our rep. He wouldn’t tell us how long ago this happened. San Tan and Tempe is too far from Tucson!)
OMG we stopped by two different offices (Oro Valley & Marana) on our lunch break, both were closed for Good Friday (a religious holiday we ourselves do not have off, our BBVA bank and the public library were open!) We were told by one agent, we must have an appointment to meet with them. They are closed, their computers are down, they are not doing business that day, a religious holiday – Good Friday is NOT listed on EJ online!

How dare he didn’t sit there and wait on you guys to show up unannounced….
