Your customer services is horrible. My sons phone got stolen during your after business hours and it’s impossible to suspend the service. It’s so frustrating that I want to scream!!!!!!!
I payed my past due balance today and was told to call and set up a payment arrangement for the other half but customer service is saying office hours are closed the time I was told to call back I did and now I’m not sure iffy phone will be on or off tomorrow

Your setup security is a joke, I am all by myself, no other people involved with security problems. I attempted to make all om my security passwords the same… me by myself no other worries.
I change them all and then my sell is crashing for hours.
I have to change on of the passwords to F things up and make it inconvenient. I attempt to change the password back and it does not work…
