i love Tim’s its amazing they have fresh coffee fresh muffins its just amazing.
Love the coffee and the prices, but too many kids working unsupervised. They stand and talk while people wait at the windows, and frequently “forget” to give back they change. Many are also quite rude. Not just one store, common at all locations.
What are the Good Friday hours for Elmsdale NS , Canada?
Bring back the old cup designs. The old logo.
I am trying to find out when RESTAURANT #102417 is open. We are traveling near this restaurant and are able to determine that it is not open 24 hrs., but when does it open? I find this aspect of the web site to be very frustrating.
I agree with first comment, you have 24 hr, 5 am opening and 6am opening Timmys and no ones got half a clue when any of them open.
Wow. It wouldn’t be difficult.
I, too, could not find hours for a particular store. I called Customer Service as the website says it’s open 24 hours; find out it doesn’t open until 8:00am!! Bad customer service/bad website information!
Found the same. Hours at store not even posted
i went to one and, actually saw a girl with her clear plastic gloves, clean up something on the floor then without changing them starting making a bagel for and order in the drive thru. I cancelled my order and walked out.
I’ve noticed here at Tim Hortons on
Hilliard – Rome Rd. In Hilliard, Ohio
that they don’t “clean” the tables
off!!! They are always standing around
making “chet chat” How ridiculous!!!!
Tim Hortons is the greatest in all the land, and I tuck my spawn in at night knowing that one day they’ll follow in their Papa’s footsteps and work for ye olde mighty Timmies.
Timmies is good for all Tummies, lol
Timmie’s coffee makes my bowels all giggly and such. Love it! No need for dem laxatives no moe.
I have noticed upon my latest arrival that the Timmies smells like feet. Not nice feet. Cheesy feet. Why is that? Please help me.
One time… at band camp….
That is all.
I think Timmies would be Jesus’ favourite drink. The best place to get a holy sandwich.
Praise THA Laurd HALLELUJAH
Good grief. This one time, my mama, (bless her purdy, one tooth soul) got me ta get her a coffee in the wee hours of the mornin, the cows ain’t even up yet! So, I wus walkin’ in, and guess what they told me, they said, boy, we ain’t even open, you is gonna hafta wait right dere! So, I waited, cause my mama love Timmes.
I enjoyed reading this. Thanks
Oh dear lord…what are you trying to say. What you are writing, is not proper english. You should go back to school and learn to speak english.
There always out of everything but coffee
Get in line….The long line
Change website companies so patrons can find Holiday Store Hours with ease and convenience.
Why is it so difficult to find out if any stores are open Christmas day ?
They will never be open Christmas day
Customer service 24/7? Then why when I call it says they are closed. Many people have to work Christmas Eve (myself included) just trying to see if a store is even open for coffeeto save myself an hour trip and can’t even get hours online. Come on guys. Get with the times.
Tim Horton’s coffee and service don’t hold a candle to MacDonalds. Macaffee wins hands down.
That’s completely hilarious. Yes, the coffee is better at McD and the service may be “nicer” but the length of time it takes to get a simple coffee is horrendous at McD. I don’t need a smile, I want my friggin coffee. Always someone standing around staring at the hatches waiting several minutes for a sandwich to pop out, instead of pouring a coffee. Typically takes 5-10 minutes with 2-3 people in front of me. Until they have an express lane for drinks, it will never improve.
Any Tim related Web is very frustrating when trying to find Christmas hours of surrounding Tim’s stores. This is an input issue and can easily be rectified. please try.
CANADA’S FAVORITE ALL CANADIAN COFFEE SHOP!
It is no longer ALL Canadian. For years now. Hate to burst your bubble
Tim Hortons is the place to be when you in the city.A nice cup of dark roast and a everything bagel with cream cheese. Now ya talking come on down and have a round.
Half the Timmie’s don’t have coconut donuts and no one can tell me why.
Yes..what is up with that. And what happened to the salted caramel timbit?
The slowest Tim Horton’s in Canada are the ones in Yarmouth nova Scotia….not being hateful…its a fact
Perhaps but I doubt they could be slower than the Vancouver Quay timmies. That location is amazingly slow, then customers get irate, and I feel so bad for the employees because they get beaten up soooo bad there. Not all their fault. They don’t speak English real well yet.
Laurie Jan.1 2017
I also love tim’s they have great product, great beverages and the staff at the Niagara Fallsview
Casino Food Court are wonderful, under staffed, not their fault, but do a fantastic job!!!!!!!!!
For everyone that has replied, I can agreed with all of you!
The Tim Horton’s locations by me ( 2 of them) are always out of cookies, timbits, donuts and muffins! One of the locations sometimes can’t give you, a latte, hot chocolate or ice cap/coffee!
Don’t get me started on the little chatter boxes that work there! Pull up to the drive thru to listen to their convo for 5 mins before they ask “what can I get you?” Then you repeat it 3 times!!! How hard is 2 lg coffee, 1DD and 1 TT!!!! Their night shift manager hates seeing me come in!!
only repeat 3 times, you were lucky. One time I just wanted a cookie due to lower sugar level, I pull in the window and told the lady “I want a chocolate chip cookie”, she asked me “you want a muffin”, well 1st time and she may not hear me so I repeated “I just want a chocolate chip cookie”, she said “madam, I don’t understand what you want to order” I almost lost it but I needed something sweet, so I repeated it again and this time I said “I want a cookie, c-o-o-k-i-e, I just want one”, I can believe what she said to me after, she said “we have a chocolate muffin, you want a chocolate muffin?” what the ##@$%$##%, when did I ever mention “Muffin”, I don’t want a muffin, I want a cookie, I drove up and said (most scream) “I want a cookie and I don’t need you to recommend anything to me, cookie and Muffin sound totally different.” by the way, they had cookies a lot chocolate cookes….
I worked at a Tim Horton’s and I was disgusted with the way some of my coworkers including the manager treated some of the customers. They were down right nasty. On top of that, I worked evenings and not one of the day time workers did any cleaning chores. I would come in and there would be donuts on the floor and spills behind the counter and rarely were any of the bathrooms clean or dining room tables wiped down. Needless to say I didn’t work there for very long.
Hi is Tim Hortons open on Boxing Day in Canada on Tuesday dec 26th 2017?
I find the comments hard to believe. We have two Tim Hortons in Caledonia. Bathrooms are always clean as are the Tables, chairs, windows and floors. Workers are poiite and prompt. One time an order got screwed up at the hwy 5 and 6 Clappison corner location and the Dundas location replaced the large coffee for the triple t my daughter wanted. FREE. the worker said to put my money away as she took the large coffee back. This was company policy. I was impressed.
I think we have all noticed the incredibly shrinking, muffins, cookies etc. The worst has to be the apple fritters that have no actual apples in them. I do not think it is even legal to advertise apple when the product contains none. Now they have introduced chocolate eclairs and that white filling is gross. I could not eat it and gave it back and no, I did not ask for my money back. I just wanted to let them know it was inedible. Does Tim’s no longer have quality control? The employees are fantastic, hard working and very polite. If it weren’t that they still serve good coffee they would be empty!
I work at a location, and as a student my only complaint is the way I have to work on the holidays and the early mornings, the weekends are when i’m supposed to sleep in and get some work done for school, not have 2 continuous 8 hour shifts. The job is okay but the boss is awful, I wish I could quit
Did you apply to them, or did they searchyou out and beg for you to work. I’m believing you applied there. Did you not ask about the job before you started?
My point is….why are you complaining?
I will never ever buy a Tim Hortons coffee from a gas station. Ewewew. Taste like it sat all day. I told the guys that check all the THs. Dirty. I also like the personal touch. Also no bagals.
Oh. I am in Tim Hortons everyday. They know what I want. If they don’have it I go to the one on the Rez. Chwk
What time does the Drumheller Alberta Tim Hotons open December 26?
I have been to multiple time Horton and none of them have the baked potatoes. I was at one some time ago and orders the best baked potatoes I have ever eaten. I’m addicted to this baked potatoe. Please bring it back I don’t know what on earth I will do without it ! Please help I don’t remember the Tim hortons I got it from. Please bring ut back it was the best baked potatoe ever !!!!!
Are you thinking of Wendy’s?
A bit frustrating trying to find an open Tim’s !! Yes I understand it’s Christmas Day but don’t say your customer service line is open 24 hours when it’s not! Traveling to deal with the death of a loved one so a coffee would be much appreciated!!
What time Hortons in Calgary are open. I need a coffee
I know Christmas day is a stat holiday (for most people) and some timmys are opened (which is great!!!) …and if their closed (which is fine)… BUT to the locations that leave ALL THEIR LIGHTS ..on including the DRIVE-THRU SIGN ..is pretty stupid….making people ..who are jones-ing for a cup of brew or tea….it becomes….VERY UPSETTING and DISAPPOINTING….
Just went out to look for a location open (12 in total) 4 had no lights on..the rest…had all lights on.. with some having people lining up at DRIVE-THRU…only to drive out and more people followed into drive-thru line..
Are you guys open today @730 King Street West on boxing day
Does anyone know the holiday hours for any of the Tim’s around downtown Halifax? Particularly Spring Garden? Really frustrating that they’re too lazy to post that information. I can see from previous comments that this is a long ongoing problem with Tim’s. Why do they even have a webpage?
I live in St.catharines ontario. I am a regular at Tim’s in the area and find that most locations have terrible service at night. Too many young kids standing around doing nothing.
So true
It’s hard to believe that in this day and age, you can’t get business hours for store locations during new years eve. What’s worse is the 24/7 customer service line is only available during normal business hours!!!
Love the coffee; however, very frustrating trying to find HOLIDAY HOURS! Very poor information considering today’s online technology (St. John’s, NL).
I’m having the same problem!! Over here in MB you cant find them any where
I agree. ♀️
New Year’s Day, New Years eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and thanksgiving are the only days they would ever be closed or have a different set of hours. DUE to the fact that Tim hortons is a franchise, the franchise owners themselves have the right to choose. There will never be “ listed holiday hours” because they cannot guarantee that every Tim hortons location will be open.
Call your local Tim hortons to check with them on their holiday hours.
Fast forward, one year later, same issues, no hours posted anywhere
Hortons suck, with the money they make and they still try to up sell you every time you go in there, doesn’t matter what you buy.
Because you’ve shopped at every location? I’ve never experienced this.
I go to Tim’s every day. Enough said.
Haha. Same me
Anyone care to explain why it takes 4 employees 10 to 15 minutes to clear out a line of four people. I come in to my local store every time before I get onto the bus for work and there is always people in line with half the employees standing around like chickens with their heads cut off.
Yeah you should be using drive through.
The app is faster than being in line but drive through wins every time.
They will serve 10 cars before anyone in line or using the app.
So drive thru!
I’m not sure the bus he takes every morning will comply with his request to go through the drivethru but since you took the time to read (not) and reply to his comment then maybe you can try the whole ‘city bus drive thru’ thing and let Steve know if it actually is quicker.
Chickens don’t stand still when their heads are cut off.
people quit faster when dealing with customers who are jerks… they were probably new staff because the regulars were probably impatient and rude.
But u keep going there. Who’s the idiot
Your food is equally unhealthy. There is an obligation you are rebutting.
Customer service is terrible in Oakville headquarters and in some school locations. Say they will respond within five days— and they don’t solve your problems
Can’t find holiday hours. Just says hours of operation may change on holidays. Just put them on already.
Frustrating. Travelling on major highway at 6:55 am and they are both closed. Grr
Tim Horton is a great place for coffee and tea., and i believe number one in Canada in this trade of business., Our family like and enjoy there stuff., keep improving …………..regards
What Tim Hortons is open in Timmins Ontario on Christmas Day?
Where do I begin… easily the worst customer service of any food establishment, I doubt a singal employee knows the definition of urgency.
Why is food offered in the drive thru? Nothing worse then being 5 mins behind schedule and the car in front of you orders 46 breakfast sandwiches all with specific alterations, I thought we were trying to become a more green society? Having cars sit in a drive thru line for 20-30 mins doesn’t seem very green. Also from a profit prospective, wouldn’t having cars go through the line up buying 1 or two coffees every couple seconds be more profitable then have the line backed up all day for a couple bucks more on a few sandwiches? Seems idiotic to me.
How much does tims make annually? And the can’t update holiday hours on their web site? What is my $2.25 for a cup of hot water going to?
Today is Christmas Day, drive by multiple tims and Starbucks. And only the Starbucks’ were open, got me thinking, aren’t the majority of franchisees and employees asian immigrants? Do they even celebrate Christmas? All those Seattle baristas probably celebrated christmas, and they still came in to work.
I almost wish Tim Horton was American so I didn’t have to care as much. What a pathetic corporation.
Urgency? Getting you your coffee is urgent? Give me a damn break. You have the choice to go elsewhere.
If you’re so concerned with where your measly $2 is going to, I’d suggest stop making yourself look like a loser and stop going there lmao man people these days find ANYTHING to complain about
Yet here you are complaining about a stranger complaining on a tim hortons website.
Wow, that was incredibly racist. When trying to prove a point, bringing your stereotypes of race into the equation negates any valid point you could have made.
Wishing you a kinder, warmer new year…. The Canadian way.
Wow kinda wish you were American nob… err… bob
Unbelievable! Please read Bill Somers comment and take note!
And Tim Horton’s claps back…
For real though, Bobby boy. Urgent? If you’re 5 min behind schedule and you decide to stop somewhere, that’s your own fault. And what the people in front of you order certainly is t theirs. And odd if you do complain about the inefficiency of the drive through, environmentally, while you’re still using it. If you’re concerned about the environment, get out ya car. Also it’s idiotic that you go somewhere you have so many complaints about instead of going elsewhere. Hello dude, your problems aren’t everyone else’s. Sometimes places get busy and some people ARE gunna order 5 sandwiches with a coffee to accompany each. Deal with it.
What pathetic complaints from a pathetic fellow.
You’ve never waited 30 minutes in a drive through line, don’t lie.
Go elsewhere and stop your bitchin , I go to Tim’s daily and yeah they get it wrong sometimes. You get back there when its busy with 10 -15 hungry construction guys with limited time and take some orders and see how you do . God damn key board warrior if you work as fast as you run your mouth you d be a star .
Why should people who drive through not be able to order what they want if you are on a schedule then allow that extra time for stopping for coffee in the time that you leave I worked at Tim Hortons for over 10 years and I am a firm believer in customer satisfaction and friendly service but if as a customer you want that then you need to be polite and friendly as well just because you are the paying customer doesn’t give you the right to be mean you know the saying dont like the cook stay out of the kitchen well if your not happy with the service you get at one location go somewhere else
Love me my Tim’s……and that magical sausage biscuit…..I prefer my biscuit darker toasted…..that is almost asking for one of the seven wonders of the world….I order it EVERY day and EVERY day I get it barely warm…. i have five locations near me and i rotate visits so they dont get mad at my order…. NOBODY EVER gets it right. Is this not they’re business??? Coffee and sandwiches? C’MON Tim Hortons… we the public pay your wages and provide your livelihood… let’s get it together and provide patrons with exactly what they want
The thing is, they get paid minimum wage, and don’t even get paid for coffee breaks. Get paid minimum wage, get minimum effort in return.
Exactly. Should pay better wages. All corporations like that should.
Regardless of the hourly wage, a person should still take pride in their work.
U have to request double toasted
What the hell? Because you pay for a $2.50 coffee and maybe a $5 sandwich, you think your entitled to first class service? Because you contribute to the businesses that support incredible causes and are homegrown in Canada, you think you deserve more than everyone else? Ha! “We the public pay your wages and provide your livelihood” — Bro who are you? Literally, are you a dictator? Thats the most ignorant, rude, and stupid thing ive ever heard anyone say. Since your asking for what patrons want, lemme tell you what the employees want; you to shut up.
Her names Stacy though.
It is owned by Americans now no?
Americans stole it yes
Calm down Sam.. all customers want good service and should receive it.
You seem like you wear a mask in the shower Sam…. tough look
You know what? If having a biscuit that isn’t brown enough the biggest problem in your life, I think you’re doing just fine. These minimum wage shouldn’t have to deal with your ridiculous preferences. I get the feeling you’ve never worked in customer service.
Rich people problems ♀️
I mean like I’ve worked in customer service my whole life including time hortons, and you better believe that if I go somewhere and the product I ordered is not the way I asked for, I will say my peace. Ya’ll out here talkin bout how this is a rich person problem, no it’s fucking not. ANYBODY in their right fucking mind who paid for something specific better fucking get it, im not paying for something I didn’t ask for! So learn how to do your job and not talk back to your customer base. You have no manners and no discipline henceforth you will never hold a good job in your life. Fucking idiots.
I understand all your comments and all but me as the customer if I’m spending my hard-earned money I want to get what I ordered
Lol, it’s Tim Hortons. Did you think this was a Parisian café ??
Cheaper to make your own. I hope you get people saying things like this about you at your job.
When you want something toasted darker, order it “toasted twice”. That’s how people do it. And they understand that.
The problem with wanting your biscuit to be darker toasted breaks down to two things.
1. The biscuit’s are toasted on a conveyor belt toaster, so you need to ask for your biscuit to be double toasted since they can not constantly change the heat settings for 1 biscuit and can have multiple biscuit’s being toasted at once.
2. Are you going through a drive through? The drive through is for quickness and is timed for every vehicle that goes through it at any establishment, not just Tim’s. Employee’s are expected to meet “x” time limit on every order that goes through them. These numbers are often sent to corporate or which every paper pushers monitor franchise’s. My point being is that if you are going through a drive through the employee’s may not have time to double toast your biscuit as they are worried about getting in trouble for having higher wait times, it’s not fair and unreasonable at times for them but is also important and necessary to try and hold a standard of service. If you are going through drive through, instead i suggest walking into the establishment yourself and ordering your sandwich that way.
3. This one I added as a bonus: Are you being a dick to the employee’s? Not accusing, just asking. You have to remember that these employee’s are mostly making minimum wage or barely more then that. I can not stress about what a joke minimum wage is and how it is impossible to live off of that. Point being, when I was working 2 minimum wage job’s just trying to make ends meet and pay of university, it sucked, my life sucked, basically I hated life and didn’t give a crap because I was constantly exhausted. A lot of these same people are going through the exact same thing, my point is that if you treat them poorly then they don’t give a crap if you are happy with your sandwich or not, they probably hope you get hit by a bus, I know I would. So at the end of the day, please treat your Tim Horton’s employee’s well, for that matter, treat everyone well. It makes you a better person and makes everyone’s day better.
I am not or never have been a Tim Horton’s employee for the record.
Wat to say it…My sister and ither family members wirk at Tim Hortons…they do a great job at getting it right..and qhen they don’t, they are always appologetic and offer something more with your order…If that was your sister, daughter, cousin, etc…Just realize they are doing the best they can…They almost never stop hurrying and packaging or filling the coffee pots just be patient, if its wrong, they’ll fix it…
Minimum wage paid jobs are not forced on people, you apply, you choose to work there. If you want to be paid more dont apply! That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t provide good customer service nor a good product.
I understand why you are mad but these workers work so hard I work for 8 hours nearly everyday with only 30 minutes of unpaid breaks so please be conciderate of the workers and you can always ask for your biscuit to be double toasted!
Their steeped tea is the best thing ever created.
Vague site. Didn’t asnwer mh question as to when they open on new years.
Who ever made this site did a sloppy job
Good Morning Cornelius!
It sounds like you need a coffee.. As mentioned above, try calling their customer service department at 1-888-601-1616 to verify specific store hours! 🙂
Happy New Year!
Stacy. I always ask for my bagels to be double toasted then they are toasted and not just warm bread. It works every time every time store.
Terrible lack of info. Anybody can assume these details. Pathetic
